I missed Japanese food and went to a Japanese restaurant in Manila. There were Japanese customers in the restaurant. The name of this restaurant is Kaishu. Kaishu（海舟） is one of the Japanese samurai.
I ordered Chazuke（茶漬け）at this restaurant. Chazuke is a simple Japanese dish made by pouring green tea over cooked rice. Chazuke provides a good way to use leftover rice as a quick snack because this dish is easy to make.
