What is “Ais Kacang” ?
Ais Kacang is a Malaysian dessert, literally means “bean ice”. It is served as a colorful food with various fruits and various syrups. The green one is called Cendol and The yellow one is durian it has a pungent smell, spikey external.
Originally, made with shaved ice and azuki beans, Ais Kacang gradually became able to contain various ingredients.
