I applied Thanakha in Bagan which is used as sunscreen. Thanakha is yellowish colored substance extract from certain tree. In Myanmar there is always high temperature and mostly sunny except for raining season.
I was applied by road vendor in front of the Ananda Temple.
Thanakha can be seen commonly applied to the face and sometimes the arms.
