We stopped the Bagan Viewing Tower where the only tower of panoramic view of Bagan.
As the sun goes down, the top is full of tourists. There are only two small elevators to the top. When it’s crowded, you have to go up the stairs. But fortunately, We visited there during a quiet season when no balloons were flying, so there were only a few people and we were completely enjoyed with the beautiful scenery of Bagan.
