What is Zen?

Zen is a Buddhism philosophy which emphasizes meditation practice. Practicing Zen is able to realize the joy of being excited.

How to Zen

Sitting in front of the zen garden or imagine the zen garden, close your eyes and keep calming, try concentration. Focusing on your daily life and feeling grateful to be just exciting.  The fundamental of Zen is thinking of the negative things to be positive. For example, failing something but you feel tomorrow will be okay.
